Stay calm

Floods look like sudden unreachable joins or saturated graphs. Do not randomly reinstall or paste credentials into public Discords.

Do this

1. Note start time and which service is affected
2. Capture panel console/status screenshots without secrets
3. Ask whether multiple unrelated networks fail (vs one school Wi-Fi)
4. Open a ticket at billing.glasshosting.com with timestamps
5. Avoid publishing mitigation IPs or panicking players with speculation
